I had a small issue with my booking and wasn’t sure if anyone would get back to me that fast. But customer service replied sooner than I expected and sorted it out without making it feel like a big hassle. The person I spoke with seemed nice and explained things clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with how it turned out.

I got my refund quickly and didn’t have to chase anyone down. that’s how it should be, simple, straightforward, and no unnecessary hassle.
